Directions
After Thun, continue on the autobahn towards Spiez and Interlaken. In Interlaken take the first exist toward Interlaken West – at the next roundabout head towards Unterseen. After a few hundred metres you will enter another roundabout – then head towards Unterseen/Beatenberg. The road will continue straight ahead for about 1.9 km – as soon as you are heading toward a major crossing turn left, up the road toward Beatenberg. After approx. 7 km up the mountain you will enter Beatenberg. After a further 900 m you will notice a timber information pavilion on the left-hand side – immediately after this information pavilion there is a street to the right towards the Hohwald ski lift. Follow this road and after about 150 m you will find Alphotel Eiger on the right-hand side.
 
Information on travelling here by train/bus
Train to Interlaken West, then change over to the Post-Bus to Beatenberg (departs 08 minutes after every full hour: 8.08 am, 9.08 am, …….7.02 pm/ 8.02 pm/9.02 pm). Get off the bus in Beatenberg at the Waldegg/Hohwald stop, directly next to Hotel Regina (in the first part of the village).
Walk approx. 80 m back down the road, in opposite direction of the bus, then take the next road left and up the hill toward Habkern, Hohwald Amisbühl... after 150 m you will come across our hotel: it is the first building on the right-hand side.
